Meeting Minutes for June 22, 2006
Present at the Meeting:

Topics Discussed:
· Reviewed meeting minutes from May 25, 2006.
· James Owens’ Eagle project (Hiking trails) has been completed. Recently installed trail signs made a great final touch to this project! James’ trail map is now easily accessible on the Evendale website. Nature and exercise is now being enjoyed by many Evendale residents. Thanks to James and Evendale Boy Scout Troop 598 on a job well done!
· Maintenance plans to put in topsoil and seed where stumps were removed near parking lot.
· Funds being approved for gravel for both Gorman and Griffin trails. Maintenance will repave all gravel trails in the Griffin Preserve targeted completion by end of July.
· Drainage improvements appear to be working.
· Pat Casey reported on upcoming Trosser flower transplanting to Gorman. Cub Scout Pack 72 is interested in transplanting some of the flowers to Griffin Nature Preserve. Plan is for Sandra Murphy to coordinate with Steve Culver for Cub Scout help. The idea is to move some flowers to the area south of the parking lot.
· Committee recommended scheduling future meetings less frequent with the majority of major planned projects now complete.
Action Items:
· Service Department to repave gravel trails with target date by end of July.
· Service Department to put topsoil and seed in holes from trunk removal.
